Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please be aware that if your order value is above £100.00 or the size of the package is bigger than a standard letter box we will despatch via a carrier and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address supplied is one where this is acceptable.
We accept credit card payment by Paypal which accepts all major credit / debit cards
We will take cheques, please make them payable to FOCAS Ltd, and post to our normal address |
Shipping And Handling
FOCAS Ltd normally ships either by courier or Royal mail. The on-line store calculates shipping and handling charges based on information it takes directly from Royal Mail / courier so the shipping charge will depend on the weight of the products you order, your location as well as the type of shipping service you choose.
Please note: Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands incur a higher shipping rate, please use the shipping band No 2 for Non UK mainland destinations. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the correct zone is not used...

Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally despatched within 2 - 5 working days unless we are waiting delivery of an item or items. In this case we will despatch when the order is complete to save extra carriage costs etc If and order is urgent please call or email to check stock so that we may modify the order as necessary to expedite despatch |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

We use the PayPal internet payment processing system to handle our customer's payments. PayPal maintain a formidable security system to protect customers from unauthorised use of their credit and debit cards.
Unlike most other Internet payment processing systems, PayPal never pass on your credit card details to the merchant - we do not see any details of the card that you use to make your purchases. |

Privacy Policy
FOCAS LTD do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
We will gladly accept goods returned within 7 days of receipt which may have been ordered in error, you have a bound duty to ensure that they are returned with their original packaging and that you take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and whilst in transit back to us.
Good returned will have deducted from the refund the direct cost of postage back to FOCAS Ltd (Regulation 17 para 3.55 DSR)
You must give written notice to FOCAS Ltd by letter or fax giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to FOCAS Ltd. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped in a plain outer box.
FOCAS Ltd cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost whilst being returned. FOCAS Ltd will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, FOCAS Ltd will charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Exceptions to Distance Selling Act - You do not have the right to cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Act if you have collected goods or if:- the goods were delivered outside the UK, or if the order is for goods that have been unsealed, or if you are not a consumer i.e. a company, partnership, sole trader or any other commercial body or registered charity.
